Our allies are the organic farms with the longest history in Colombia. They are located at strategic points that provide plants with the right climate, altitude, and soil nutrients for their growth. In this way, the harvest is ensured throughout the year, making it possible to offer a portfolio with the widest variety of organic aromatic herbs.
Mister Specialties has carefully selected its suppliers, seeking diversification in terms of geographical location and cultivation methods (greenhouse – open air), with the aim of avoiding shortages due to weather conditions. Basil is grown on farms located in regions 700 km from each other. Other products that grow within the same region are divided into greenhouses and outdoor crops.
We provide permanent support, and we are responsible for the cargo from the moment it is delivered to the airport in the city of origin. We are especially careful when it comes to handling and in the cold chain. We inform in a timely and transparent manner the status of the cargo, as well as the quality problems reported by our clients. We have a low number of claims. Our traceability protocols provide peace of mind to the entire supply chain. We are committed to continuing to grow together.
