As the founder of Mister Specialties, I have worked to bridge the gap between the field and the shelf, leading a work team passionate about formalizing and dignifying the work of our organic farmers. Our company is breaking with industry paradigms. As an example, we have improved communication in the value chain and have worked to ensure transparency in information management. This way, both customers and suppliers know the origin and destination of the product and its status in real-time.
I started managing Mister Specialties with the vision of building a proper business guided by our values. In addition to this, our service philosophy has quickly positioned us in the market as allies of our customers and suppliers.
I am proud to have a team that shares a passion for bringing the best of organic agriculture to the consumer, resulting in a positive impact on the lives of farmers, consumers, and the environment.
